Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is segregated into various departments including Production, In-house designing, Quality controlling as well as Research and development. We have established a well equipped manufacturing facility which enables us to produce a quality range of Die Castings Components. Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 1000 square feet and has a massive capacity which enables us to undertake bulk production in case of urgent orders.

Moreover, our manufacturing unit is also equipped with various latest equipments like:

These ensure hassle free production. Along with the manufacturing unit, we also have an in-house design unit which is equipped with Computer Aided Design (CAD) facility. Our installing capacity of our manufacturing plant is 10000 units.

Research and Development

To meet with clients’ expectations, we have set a separate unit for research and development structure which is manned by a team of experienced research experts. This unit helps us to keep us with the track of latest technological developments. Our research experts and technocrats suggest new innovative ideas with a view to enhance the production capacity of Solar Energy Devices that includes solar traffic lights, solar water pump sets, solar inverters, solar torches, solar radios, solar traffic lights, solar home lights etc.

Further, they work in close coordination with production engineers and products designers in order to receive information on various related issues such as existing production procedure. Finally, they come up with innovative suggestion for them that result in diversifying the range of products and adding new quality features which make our devices stand apart in the market.
